How To Apply for Courier Service

Step 1:
Please call Discovery Tour Makati for DHL service.
We will acknowledge you and necessary
information and instructions will be given by our operator
     (see our telephone numbers details)


Step 2:
Payment must be done by Bank Deposit
         (see our banks details)
Prepare all documents(Documents must be complete)
Do not forget to put bank deposit slip with DHL envelope.


Step 3:
Please call DHL for pick up.
(please advise our account number that is given in Step 1 )


We will inform you once we receive the documents from DHL.
This is to clarify if we have the right client and documents.


Step 4:
We will file your Visa application to Japan embassy
upon delivery of your passport.


Step 5:
We will call or text you once your passport has been
returned from the embassy and we will give you the
DHL tracking number of your documents.


Step 6:
You will receive the passport at your place
(Kindly inform us once you received the passport.)

Terms and Condition

1.We will strictly implement the visa procedure of Discovery Tours, Inc. starting from receipt up to claiming of the documents by applicant.

2.All necessary documents must be prepared by the applicant, the submission and claiming of passports must be done in person.

3.We will not accept or receive for processing of visa thru Third Parties or Representatives who are assisting applicants for monetary payments, profit or commissions. The granting or denial of the Visa is the exclusive prerogative of the Japan Embassy in Manila and Discovery Tours will not entertain any questions in this regard.

4.Please be informed that the applicant is entering into a Contact with Discovery Tours, Inc. to engage our services for Japan Visa. These documents will remain strictly confidential. We assume the responsibility in protecting the personal information that will be handled by Discovery Tours while processing for the Visa until such time the documents can be claimed by the applicants.

5.The processing fee received by the company is non-refundable regardless of cancellation of application by the applicant or denial of Visa by the Embassy.

4.NSO BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF      APPLICANT
(*If late regsitered,provide original baptismal and school record form 137 certified true copy. if no record from nso, provide nso non record certificate and LCR birthcertificate)

5.NSO MARRIAGE CONTRACT
6. TOUR ITINERARY
7. BANK BALANCE     CERTIFICATE(ORIGINAL)
8.PHILIPPINES INCOME TAX  RETURN(form2316)
 
*Applicants who have passports (old or valid) with used Japanese Visa will be exempted from submitting NSO Birth Certificate and Marriage Contract--
